PRINTED BOOK + DVD: You may return 1 printed book + DVD for refund anytime within 45 days (postmark) of the date on your packing slip. If you have made copies of the DVD, please delete/destroy. If you have cut out Reminder Lists, put them in the envelope. Enclose your packing slip or a copy of your packing slip with the word “REFUND” printed on it. If your email address has changed since you ordered, you must include your new email address. Send it to the address below. This address also appears on the Copyright Page of the book. I will refund your payment, including S&H, back through PayPal. The return shipping charge is your responsibility.
PDF eBOOK and DVD: Please give the instruction an honest try. If it does not help you or any member of your family, you may request a refund. You must email me at gsmk@cox.net after 30 days, but before 45 days from the date of your purchase. I will refund your payment back through PayPal. Requests for refund that are early or late will not be honored.
Include your name and the approximate date of purchase.
An unrestricted eBook cannot be returned and the DVD can be copied, but you will be expected to delete/destroy originals and all copies and destroy anything you have printed from the file.
EXCHANGES: I am your shipping insurance. Email me with the details of shipping damage. If the DVD fails to play within one year and it has no physical damage such as scratches, foriegn material, exposed to extreme heat, etc, email me. If I ask you to return it before replacement, I will reimburse you for the shipping.
