"I had a round slated for Thursday morning and had Tuesday night open, so I went to the range to try out the ideas from the book. By thinking only about the master key, I hit balls straighter and longer than any other range session, including the driver which I almost invariably hit with a fade (or sometimes a slice). I couldn’t wait for Thursday. Well, today is Thursday and I had my best round ever! I have only been playing for two years and have yet to take a lesson from a pro, but today I felt like I don’t really need one. I did pull a couple of shots left, but with the book I know what I did wrong. Most importantly, the swing key has helped with my biggest fault which is swaying my hips instead of turning. Oh yes, on one chip shot today I even hit the pin! My playing partner wanted to know what I was doing differently since I was 6 strokes better than our last outing. The only trouble I had today was that swinging properly, I was hitting each club 10-20 yards further than normal. I still have more work to do but shooting in the 80s is in sight. Thanks. It's only been three weeks since I've read it twice and began utilizing the information. Twice, now, I've shot in the high 30's for nine holes. I've had two other occasions in the last 15 years when I've done that. I'm left-handed and play left-handed, and I wanted to thank you for writing for the minority left-hand population who play golf.
